Shipping & Returns
Shipping is a flat rate of $7.99 per order, if your order total is $75 and over you will get free shipping on your entire order. Choose Free Shipping on checkout.
We typically try to ship within the same business day if orders are placed by 2pm pst time, or the following day. If an item is out of stock we will send you an email informing you whether you want to cancel the item or wait until it comes back in stock. We will also determine the size and weight of the package whether to use UPS,Fedex, or USPS to get the product to you efficiently and quickly. There may be instances where we will ship in seperate shipments because the product will ship from different wharehouses, however we will never charge you shipping twice. We will make our best effort to always ship your oders the fastest way and in one shipment.
Because of the nature of these products we cannot accept satisfaction returns, returns are only accepted if they are defective or wrong product was delivered.
1. Within 3 days of receiving the product(s), email us at email@example.com and make a return request.
2.Customer service will take your information, check your order and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number. Do not ship the item back without first obtaining an RA number – our warehouses will not accept packages without an RA. We cannot credit you back for items that are not received in the warehouse.
3. Customer service will issue you a Return Authorization number for you to include in your package and give you the address of the warehouse to send it to.
4. You ship back the item(s) with the RA number and inform customer service of any tracking number.
You are responsible to have the returned item reach us unopened and undamaged before the store credit will be applied to your account.
5. Upon recieving your item, we will review if the item was indeed either defective and unused, if the item is deemed not defective we will assess a 20% restocking fee. If you receive a defective product, the restocking fee is waived and we will gladly replace the item.
